Profile & Credentials
How to update your personal details, inspector credentials, and password.
Your profile information appears on every report you submit. Keep it accurate and up to date — especially your license and certification details.
Accessing Your Profile
Click your name or avatar in the top-right corner of the portal, then select My Profile.
Personal Information
- Full name — Used on all reports and violation notices.
- Email address — Your login email. Contact your administrator to change this.
- Phone number — Used for support contact purposes.
- Profile photo — Optional; appears in the portal interface.
Inspector Credentials
- License number — Your state or municipal inspector license number.
- License state / jurisdiction
- License expiry date — You will receive an in-app reminder 60 and 30 days before expiry.
- Certification type — e.g., HUD, HQS, UPCS, local code.
- Certification expiry date
If your license or certification expires, you may be blocked from submitting new reports until your credentials are updated and verified by your administrator.
Changing Your Password
On the Profile page, click Change Password. Enter your current password, then your new password twice. Passwords must be at least 8 characters with at least one number and one special character.
