Inspector accounts are created by invitation only. You must receive an invitation email from your organization's administrator before you can register.

Step-by-Step Registration

Open your invitation email

Look for an email from noreply@xpressinspect.com with the subject "You've been invited to XpressInspect." Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Click "Accept Invitation"

The link in your email is valid for 72 hours. After it expires, contact your administrator to resend the invitation.

Create your password

Your email address is pre-filled. Create a strong password (minimum 8 characters, including a number and a special character).

Complete your profile

Enter your full name, phone number, and any required license or certification information. These details appear on your submitted reports.

Review and accept terms

Read and accept the XpressInspect Terms of Service and Privacy Policy to complete registration.

You're in!

You'll be redirected to your Inspector Dashboard. Your account is now active.

Required Profile Information

  • Full legal name (as it will appear on reports)
  • Phone number
  • Inspector license number (if applicable)
  • Certification type and expiry date (if applicable)

You can update your profile information at any time from Your Account → Profile & Credentials.
