Logging In
How to sign in to the XpressInspect portal and manage your session.
Signing In
Go to the portal
Open your browser and navigate to your organization's XpressInspect URL.
Enter your credentials
Type the email address and password you used during registration, then click Sign In.
You're logged in
You'll land on your Inspector Dashboard showing your assigned inspections.
Forgot Your Password?
Click Forgot password? on the login page and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. The link expires after 1 hour.
Session & Timeout
Your session remains active for 8 hours of inactivity. After that, you will be signed out automatically and prompted to log in again. Always save your work before stepping away during an active inspection.
Signing Out
Click your name or avatar in the top-right corner of the portal, then select Sign Out. Always sign out when using a shared or public computer.
