Supported Browsers

XpressInspect runs entirely in your web browser — no software installation is required. The following browsers are supported:

  • Google Chrome (recommended) — version 100 or later
  • Microsoft Edge — version 100 or later
  • Mozilla Firefox — version 100 or later
  • Apple Safari — version 15 or later (macOS and iOS)

Internet Explorer is not supported. If your organization requires IE, contact your IT administrator to install a supported browser.

Portal URL

Navigate to the XpressInspect inspector portal by entering your organization's portal address in the browser address bar. This URL is provided in your invitation email and typically follows the format:

Device Requirements

The portal is optimized for desktop and tablet use. While it is accessible on mobile phones, a larger screen is recommended for reviewing inspection steps and recording findings efficiently.

For field inspections, a tablet (iPad or Android tablet) with a keyboard provides the best experience when navigating multi-step inspection forms.

Internet Connectivity

An active internet connection is required throughout the inspection process. XpressInspect does not currently support offline mode — ensure you have a stable connection before starting an inspection.
